By using Courier Connect Systems, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Courier Connect Systems is a SaaS platform operated by Postage Logistics Group Limited. We provide tools for courier and logistics businesses to manage manifests, packages, customers, billing, and operations.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy proprietary parts of the platform
• Resell or sublicense access without our written consent

Fees and payment

• Pricing is published on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
• Fees are billed in advance for hosting and arrears for usage.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days written notice.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
